Orders & delivery

When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1–2 working days. Weekends and public holidays don't count.

How long is delivery?

Normally 4–8 working days after the order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Does delivery cost anything?

No, delivery is always free.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Email info@kylsson.com as soon as possible. We'll help you if the order hasn't shipped yet.

How long do I have to cancel?

14 days from the day after you receive the item.

How do I make a return?

Email info@kylsson.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

When will I get my money back?

We refund you once the return has arrived and been checked, to the same payment method you used.

What does the warranty cover?

Original material and manufacturing faults for 1 year. With the Winter Bundle it's 3 years.

My product isn't working, what do I do?

Email your order number, ideally with photos or a video of the problem, to info@kylsson.com.

Does the warranty affect my rights?

No, the warranty applies on top of your statutory consumer rights.

How long does the battery last?

About 20–30 minutes per battery depending on temperature and snow. With an extra battery you can swap and keep going.

Can SnowFree™ handle deep, heavy snow?

Yes, take it layer by layer. It works best before the snow is packed hard.

How should I store the batteries?

Indoors at room temperature, ideally half charged if you won't use them for a while.
