Shipping Policy

All Vial Essentials orders are shipped with tracked delivery where tracking is available for the selected destination and shipping service.

Estimated delivery time: 5–13 business days, depending on the destination, fulfilment processing, and local carrier operations.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please note that delays may occur during public holidays, customs processing, periods of high demand, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs, VAT & Import Charges

Some Vial Essentials products may be shipped from fulfilment locations outside the European Union.

Depending on the shipping and customs arrangement used for your order, applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, or other import-related charges may either be collected in advance or become payable during import processing.

Where applicable import charges have not been collected or prepaid, the recipient may be responsible for handling and paying charges imposed by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.

We recommend reviewing the applicable import requirements in your country before placing an order.
