Delivery policy

All orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after the order has been confirmed. Weekends and bank holidays don't count as working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Delivery cost and delivery time

Kylsson offers free delivery across the UK.

Our estimated delivery time is normally 5–10 working days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

The delivery time is an estimate and can occasionally be affected by things like high order volumes, carrier capacity, weather, bank holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery details

You're responsible for making sure your name, address and other delivery details are correct when you order.

If you notice a mistake in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at info@kylsson.com We'll do our best to help before your order is processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we can't guarantee that the delivery details can be changed.

Late delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at info@kylsson.com and we'll help you look into it.

Uncollected or misaddressed parcels

You're responsible for giving correct delivery details and for collecting or receiving your parcel in line with the carrier's instructions.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect address details or because it wasn't collected, contact us at info@kylsson.com and we'll help you from there.
