Returns and 14-day right to cancel

We want you to feel confident shopping with Kylsson. When you buy online, you generally have 14 days to cancel your order under consumer law. The cancellation period starts the day after you receive your order.

To let us know you'd like to cancel, email us at info@kylsson.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We'll get back to you with details on how to return it.

You're welcome to inspect the item just as you would in a shop. If the item has been handled more than needed to establish its nature, characteristics and how it works, we may deduct an amount for any reduction in its value.

1-year warranty

Kylsson offers a 1-year warranty on our products. The warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.

If you have a problem with your product, email us at info@kylsson.com with your order number and, ideally, photos or a video showing the problem. We'll help you as quickly as we can.

The warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
